Privacy policy.

This page describes what personal data Novanthe AB collects on this website, why, and what your rights are. It is short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible
Novanthe AB (org.nr 559596-3231), Sweden, is the data controller for personal data processed on this website. Questions about this policy or your data: support@novanthe.com.
What we collect, and where
The enquiry form is the only place on this site where personal data is collected. If you send it, we receive what you typed:
- your name and email address
- company name, if you chose to give one
- your message and the project shape you selected
- which page the form was sent from
Browsing the site collects nothing: no account is created, and no personal data is gathered while you read.
What this site deliberately does not do
No analytics, no tracking, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts, and no cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain. This is not a cookie-banner exemption trick — there is simply nothing to consent to.
Why we process it
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and prepare the quote you asked for — steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) — and to keep a record of business correspondence, which is our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for marketing, we do not sell it, and we make no automated decisions about you.
Where it is stored, and who processes it
Enquiries are stored in our database, hosted within the EU. A notification copy of each enquiry is emailed to us through our email delivery provider, Lettr, whose infrastructure (SparkPost) may process that message outside the EU/EEA under EU standard contractual clauses.
If you email support@novanthe.com directly, the message is routed by Cloudflare and read in Google Workspace/Gmail — both processing under EU-approved transfer safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. If we do work together, records that Swedish bookkeeping law (bokföringslagen) requires us to keep are retained for seven years.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Write to support@novanthe.com — we answer the same day.
If you believe we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with an updated date. We do not weaken it quietly.
